Childrens Christmas Party 14th December
Come along and meet Father Christmas who will have a present for every child ages 3 - 10 years. The cost is free for members and just £5 for non members. The galley will also be open. Please add the childrens names/ages to the board in reception. More »

New Buoys Around The Point
The creek team have updated and replaced the buoys around The Point. The buoys and locations are on the attached chart. The cockle banks have become very large as you can see in the pictures. The route around The Point keeps boats clear of them. More »

The Coastwatch Canvey Island 30th Anniversary
Coastwatch Canvey Island who are based at the Island Yacht Club passed on their 30th anniversary flag on the 6th of August to Coastwatch Southend. Many members of the current watch team were joined by Mayor Lynsey McCarthy-Calvert, Cllr Peter May, Cllr Sheridan Sayes, Ray Howard, Rebecca Harris MP and Dan Blamey from the Coastguard.
